Refund policy - Deposits / payments are non refundable. Many of our items are limited in quantity if not one of a kind. Once you have placed your order, the chosen items are removed from inventory and reserved/ held for your event. In the event you need to cancel for any reason, you would receive a "rain check" credit which is good for up to 12 months. Please call the office to reschedule your event when ready. Your payment would be applied to the scheduled event of equal or greater value. Please be aware, you are entitelted to one rescheduling.
Weather cancellation policy- You are welcome to cancel and reschedule an event for any reason. We want you to enjoy your day and not worry about it being hampered by weather. Please call our office to cancel at your earliest convenience. Weather cancellations ,when possible, should be made prior to your event date. In the event your delivery truck has left in route to your location, and you decide to cancel, you would be responsible for a transportation fee to cover crew and fuel costs.
