Safety First  Policy:

Safety of our customers is our primary concern. A Bounceable Time reserves the right to cancel any event due to poor/extreme weather conditions. All events cancelled on the day of will receive a rain check. ABT and representatives also reserve the right to cancel an event if we deem the location of setup to be an imminent danger to patrons safety. Cancellation Policy:
INFLATABLES

If cancelling within 72 hours, you will receive a "rain check"  which is good for 12 months. Orders cancelled upon arrival could be subject to transportations fees.

ENTERTAINERS

Our entertainment staff is limited in numbers as compared to our inflatable stock and in most cases are booked out weekly. Because of this, our entertainers are booked with a 50% non-refundable deposit as well as 72 hour minimum cancellation policy for rescheduling ( unless cleared by Mgt). Please understand that our entertainers once booked are "off the market" and last minute cancellations prevent their income potential. Any date cancellations will forfeit the deposit which will go to the entertainer. In the event of bad weather with outdoor venues, we recommend a back-up loaction indooors. Again, cancellations due to weather will forfeit the performer deposit and is non refundable..

Inclement Weather Policy: 

We at ABT want you to enjoy your event to the fullest. If on the day of your event there is inclement weather and the need arises to postpone, we will provide you with a rain check which can but used up to 1 year from your scheduled event. If there is any question that there could be bad weather, be it rain, thunderstorms, or high winds (20mph+), we urge you to entertain the option of postponing. Please note, if bad weather is possible, and you choose to have us deliver, if we cannot set up due to weather conditions, the deposit would be forfeited. Once any equipment is setup, we unfortunately cannot provide a rain check or refund.
